 1. Cardiomegaly :- Enlargement of heart.


2.Ectopic cordis :- Heart displaced from its original position.


3. Dextrocardia:- Heart tilted towards right.


4. Laevo cardia:- Heart shiftrd or excessively tilted towards left.


5. Brady Cardia :- Decrease in heart rate.


6. Tachycardia:- Increase in heart rate.


7. CardiacArrhythmiass :- Irregular heartbeat.


8. Aneurysm :- Formation of bubble or balloon like structure in the wall of blood vessels leading to their thining and increase chances of rupture.


9. Atherosclerosis :- Deposition of Cholesterol , calcium , fibrous blood vessels leading to its narrowing and blocking blood supply. If it occur in coronary artery it is called coronary artery disease.


10. Myocardial infarction ( heart attack ) :-Damage of a patch of cardiac muscle.


11. Angina pectoris :- A symptoms of acute chest pain during physical stress but its subsides( means pain finish ) at rest.


12. Cardiac arrest :- Heart stops beating.


13. Heart failure :- It is inability of heart to pump adiquate amount of blood. Results in conjestion of lungs , then it is called conjestive heart failure.


14. Hypertension :- If blood pressure becomes greater than 140/90 mm hg. There are 2 types of hypertension - primary hypertension and secondary hypertension. 

Primary hypertension is due to unknown reason. 

Secondary hypertension is due to some other disease diabetes, Obesity etc.
